Bawacolm in Real Life – 2
How can someone have everything they need in life but not feel happy? Let’s explore this question in this episode of the Bawacolm in Real Life where we learn about the three states in which an individual or organization may be in: survival, coasting or rising.
Being aware of which state you are in can help you or your business make informed and sensible decision on how to move forward in life and strive for meaning.
Episode 4 – The ICE Sheet
Why do we give up on our dream? Often it’s because we lose sight of what’s important. In this episode of Ada and the Lion, let’s learn to create an ICE sheet to keep our focus on what really matters.

Episode 2: Know Yourself
Have you ever wondered what to do with your life or felt like you are meandering aimlessly? Then, let’s explore the question of “who am I?”
Welcome to Ada and the Lion: Episode 2: Know Yourself
In the previous episode, Ada, who recently graduated from school, went on a quest to find an elusive book that might help her decide what to do with her life. Using that book, Ada starts on a journey of self-discovery.
If you haven’t done so already, take a moment to do your own identity map. You can use this template to help you get started. Since change happens regularly, an identity map should be a living document. To take full advantage of your identity map, review and revise it regularly. Avoid drifting aimlessly through life by making sure there’s always something meaningful to you in the future column.
As always, I really appreciate feedback and comments. Please let me know how your identity map works out and join us next week where Ada will need to determine what is truly important to help her make difficult decisions.
Episode 1: The Book
Welcome to Ada and the Lion: Episode 1: The Book.
In this series of video I want to explore how individuals and organizations can build practical skills, to help find a meaningful direction, and progress towards it using a people-first approach.
In our first episode, let’s take a moment to meet Ada, who is at a crossroad in her life and begins the search for an elusive book.
I appreciate feedback and comments. Please let me know what life, leadership and management topics would be of interest for you!
